The Club Hotel & Spa Jersey

Everything! This hotel and its team saved our holiday after a bad 2 days in another hotel! Location bang in town but a quiet street, perfectly secluded! The staff from the minute we arrived to the minute we left were nothing short of 1st class. They made the stay for us, an absolute example of how to offer hospitality!! Pools lovely, bar very cosy and special, spa just fine. Lovely outdoor terrace and the gin honesty bar and breakfast room lovely. Honestly it’s just a 1st class experience. Our children have it 20* 😂😂

I arrived very early in the day and my room was not yet available as check in was 3 o'clock. I left my luggage with reception while I explored the town of St Helier and came back later in the day to complete check in and was pleasantly surprised when I asked about my luggage that it had been placed in my suite. On my day of departure I was on an evening flight and my checkout was 12 o'clock, reception looked after my luggage during the day while I was out exploring the Island. The breakfast team were polite and welcoming and whenever I was in the lounge the staff would ask me if I needed anything.

Staff welcome on check in was amazing. Staff just generally excellent. Good facilities on offer.

The staff were first class. Barbara welcomed us with a glass of Prosecco and was really lovely. The honesty bar was a lovely touch. Room was spacious and had everything you needed, the best mini bar I have ever seen.

The location was excellent, being central to town but very quiet. We enjoyed the outdoor pool as well as the indoor pool and spa. The food in Bohemia was just amazing and the ambience was great. The best of all were the staff, so welcoming, friendly and efficient. Special mention to Barbara on reception - she made us feel so welcome from the minute we stepped in the door - what an asset she is for the hotel.
