I arrived very early in the day and my room was not yet available as check in was 3 o'clock. I left my luggage with reception while I explored the town of St Helier and came back later in the day to complete check in and was pleasantly surprised when I asked about my luggage that it had been placed in my suite. On my day of departure I was on an evening flight and my checkout was 12 o'clock, reception looked after my luggage during the day while I was out exploring the Island. The breakfast team were polite and welcoming and whenever I was in the lounge the staff would ask me if I needed anything.

Everything! This hotel and its team saved our holiday after a bad 2 days in another hotel! Location bang in town but a quiet street, perfectly secluded! The staff from the minute we arrived to the minute we left were nothing short of 1st class. They made the stay for us, an absolute example of how to offer hospitality!! Pools lovely, bar very cosy and special, spa just fine. Lovely outdoor terrace and the gin honesty bar and breakfast room lovely. Honestly it’s just a 1st class experience. Our children have it 20* 😂😂

The location was excellent, being central to town but very quiet. We enjoyed the outdoor pool as well as the indoor pool and spa. The food in Bohemia was just amazing and the ambience was great. The best of all were the staff, so welcoming, friendly and efficient. Special mention to Barbara on reception - she made us feel so welcome from the minute we stepped in the door - what an asset she is for the hotel.

Spa treatments & the beauty therapist giving the treatment was exceptional Dinner in Bohemia restaurant - tasting menu was out of this world ALL the staff in the WHOLE hotel where second to none & especially the young gentleman that help with sorting a missing case on the first night, what a star!!

Staff exceptional, especially thanks to Agatha who reallocated us a better room, and Esther in the breakfast room for her smile! Hotel clean, comfy and staff friendly, lovely indoor pool which was very welcome owing to the rubbish weather we took with us!
